How long does it take to see results?

It depends on the product and what you're addressing. Most people notice early improvements within 3–4 weeks. More significant, visible changes typically show up around 6–8 weeks. For full transformation, we recommend consistent daily use for at least 90 days.

Real change takes time. Your body needs to rebuild from the inside out. Anyone promising overnight miracles is lying to you.


What if I don't see results?

First, make sure you've been consistent for at least 8–12 weeks. Real results require sustained use.

If you've been consistent and still see nothing, reach out to us. Something else might be going on (underlying health conditions, hormonal imbalances, lifestyle factors). We'll help you figure out next steps or make it right.


Can I use multiple NURIO products together?

Yes. Our products are designed to complement each other. Just check the ingredient labels to avoid unnecessary duplication of certain vitamins or minerals. If you're unsure, email us your stack and we'll review it.


Will this work for everyone?

No supplement or skincare product works for 100% of people. Results depend on your genetics, lifestyle, diet, underlying health conditions, and consistency.

NURIO products are formulated based on clinical research and real-world results. Most people who use them consistently see improvement. But we're not going to promise you miracles—just honest formulations that actually work when used correctly.

How do I know which product is right for me?

Read the product descriptions. We're clear about what each product does and who it's for. If you're addressing multiple concerns (thinning hair + aging skin, for example), you can use multiple products together.

Are NURIO products safe?

Yes. All NURIO products are:

  • Made in FDA-registered, GMP-certified facilities
  • Third-party tested for purity and potency
  • Free from harmful fillers, unnecessary additives, and banned substances
  • Formulated with clinically-studied ingredients at effective doses

That said, if you're pregnant, nursing, or on prescription medication, consult your doctor before starting any new supplement or skincare regimen.


Are there any side effects?

Most people experience no side effects. Occasionally, some users report mild digestive discomfort when first starting a supplement (taking it with food usually resolves this).

High-dose biotin in some formulas can interfere with certain lab tests. If you're getting bloodwork done, let your doctor know you're taking supplements.

For topical products, do a patch test if you have sensitive skin.


Can I take NURIO products if I'm on medication?

Most of our products are safe to use alongside common medications, but we're not doctors. If you're on prescription drugs (especially blood thinners, hormone therapy, immunosuppressants, or thyroid medication), check with your healthcare provider first.


Can I use NURIO products if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?

Some products are fine, others we'd recommend avoiding. It depends on the specific ingredients and dosages. Always consult your doctor before starting any new supplement or skincare product during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

Where do you source your ingredients?

We source from verified suppliers who meet strict purity and potency standards. Every ingredient is tested before it goes into production. We use:

  • No cheap fillers or synthetic junk

Are your products vegan/cruelty-free?

Most of our supplements use vegan capsules and plant-based ingredients. Some formulas may contain bioavailable nutrients sourced from animal products (like certain forms of Vitamin D3 or Omega-3s).

None of our products are tested on animals. Ever.

Do your products contain allergens?

How long does shipping take?

United States: 2–4 business days (standard) | 1–3 business days (express)

International: 3–5 business days to Canada, Europe, and Asia-Pacific

All orders ship within 1 business day of purchase. You'll receive tracking info via email.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We currently ship to the US, Canada, and select countries in Europe and Asia-Pacific. Check our shipping page for the full list.

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes depending on your country. These are not included in your order total and are your responsibility.


What's your return policy?

We don't accept returns on opened products for health and safety reasons.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right—replacement or refund, your choice.

If you're unsatisfied with results after consistent use, reach out. We'll work with you.


Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders ship fast (usually within 24 hours), so if you need to cancel or change something, contact us immediately. Once it's shipped, we can't modify it.

We're a small team, so we don't have a phone line—but we actually read and respond to every email personally.


Why is NURIO more expensive than other brands?

Because we use better ingredients, better sourcing, and better formulations.

We don't cut corners with cheap fillers, low-dose actives, or random ingredient ratios. Every product is precision-formulated with clinical-grade ingredients at doses that actually work.

You're paying for what's inside the bottle—not influencer campaigns, fancy packaging, or marketing hype.


Do you test on animals?

No. Never have, never will.


Are you FDA-approved?

Supplements and skincare products don't require FDA "approval"—that's only for drugs. But all NURIO products are manufactured in FDA-registered, GMP-certified facilities and meet all regulatory safety standards.

We also third-party test every batch for purity, potency, and contaminants.
